Mr. Capobianco represents a wide variety individual, business, and trust clients, with a primary concentration in all aspects of estate planning and taxation, from foundational documents such as wills and revocable trusts to various sophisticated estate planning techniques that include irrevocable trusts, asset protection trusts, charitable trusts and private foundations, family partnerships, LLCs, and the proper use of life insurance.
He combines substantive experience in all areas of Federal and state tax law with practical business judgment, strong advocacy skills and in-depth experience in representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and State tax authorities.
Professional Activities
Mr. Capobianco is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. And is also a licensed CPA.
Personal and Community Activities
Mr. Capobianco is an avid martial artist, enjoys scuba diver, boating and travel. Mr. Capobianco has served on various boards of churches and tax-exempt organizations, most recently the Esplanade Association and the Esplanade Pavilion.

Mr. Capobianco has made numerous presentations to other attorneys at national conferences and webinars in various topics of estate planning such as grantor trusts, succession planning and other advanced estate planning techniques.
Education
Mr. Capobianco holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in accounting from Loyola University; a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting and Taxation from University of Miami; and a Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law.
