Admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New York, Noemi Kawamoto is a litigator with experience in many substantive fields. She efficiently assimilates the factual and legal issues of a case and expertly presents them to courts and administrative agencies. Noemi exercises other muscles as a fitness buff and experienced fitness instructor.
Work With Clients
Ms. Kawamoto has practiced law for over ten years, concentrating on a wide variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. Her experience includes managing complex commercial disputes, antitrust issues, professional malpractice claims, and land use and municipal matters.
Ms. Kawamoto has experience at both the trial and appellate court levels and has briefed and argued cases in Superior Court, Land Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals, including matters of first impression.
As a litigator, Ms. Kawamoto pays particular attention to working with clients to devise strategies that make sense for each matter and client, including pre-litigation strategies. She also has experience mediating and arbitrating disputes.

Personal and Community Activities
Ms. Kawamoto is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys cycling and teaching group fitness classes in her free time.
Education
Ms. Kawamoto earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law after graduating magna cum laude from Santa Clara University with dual degrees in Combined Sciences and Spanish Studies. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
